Terms and conditions for goods purchased at www.glean.dk (different terms apply in stores)

 
General information

Payment

Payment via Glean’s webshop is online payment.

The following cards can be used:
Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Maestro, American Express, and MobilePay.
Payment is only charged to your card when the goods are sent from Glean.

 

Delivery

We send all our packages with PostNord. The delivery time for standard delivery is 1-2 days from the chosen shipping date. Keep the products refrigerated when received. 

For purchases over 300 kr or more, shipping is free.

We send orders Tuesday - Thursday. For us to send your order on Thursday, it must be received by Wednesday at the latest. Orders received Thursday - Monday will be sent Tuesday. This is to avoid them ending up in a package box over the weekend.

Note that during busy periods, peak seasons, acute illness in the packaging department, or other factors, longer delivery times may occur.

Contact us if your products have arrived defective.

 

What do we do with your personal information (data protection policy)

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

Address
Phone number
Email address

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Glean Aps and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When creating a profile, your personal information and previous order history are retained until the profile is deleted.

The director and the web manager of Glean Aps have access to the information that is registered about you. The data controller at www.glean.dk is Managing Director Anja Bindesbøll.

 

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. We share your email address with Trustpilot.

Information provided to www.glean.dk is in no way shared or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.
As registered with Glean.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Data Protection Act, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Glean Aps via e-mail info@glean.dk.

Complaint Access

If you want to complain about your purchase, you should contact info@glean.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the relevant boards in the area, provided the conditions for this are met.
